How You Can Use ParentGuard Mobile Software

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use a compiled code copy of the Mobile Software for the account owned or leased solely by you, for your personal use.

You may not:

• Modify, disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer the Mobile Software
• Rent, lease, loan, resell, sublicense, distribute or transfer the Mobile Software
• Make copies of the Mobile Software
• Remove or interfere with security-related features
• Delete copyright and proprietary rights notices

ParentGuard Dashboard App (For Parents)

To use ParentGuard Dashboard:

• You warrant that you are 18 years of age or older
• You warrant that you will not use the application for any person for whom you are not the legal guardian
• You will not use the Service in violation of any Federal, State or local law
• You will only monitor devices and locations of children for whom you are the legal guardian
• You will properly follow all instructions provided by ParentGuard
• You will not share access to collected information with unauthorized persons

ParentGuard Jr. App Permissions

Android Permissions Required:

• Accessibility Permission: Required for core features like ScreenTime, App Usage, App Blocker, and Web history monitoring
• Location Services: For tracking location history (network-based and GPS)
• Contacts and Call Logs: For monitoring communications
• Storage Access: For app functionality and local data storage
• Usage Stats: For accurate app usage tracking and restrictions
• Background Processing: For continuous monitoring services

iOS Permissions Required:

• Location Services: For location tracking features
• Contacts: For monitoring contact list
• Notifications: For alerts and updates
• Background App Refresh: For continuous monitoring
